Q: How do I shop?
A: You can shop online or in-clinic. But, you have to be on our email list to get the SALE link. All sale packages will be posted in our online store when the sale begins - and the link is emailed to all on the list!

Q: Can I buy now and use later?
A: Yes! MOST sale packages are valid for 12 months from your purchase date. Please double check the package you are purchasing for expiration dates. You can book your treatments at your convenience.
Q: Can I split a package with a friend?
A: NO, packages are for a single client’s use. However, there are some facial or IV packages can be shared with a new patient friend to PureSKIN —this will be clearly noted in the package description.
Q: Do I have to schedule all my treatments right away?
A: No. Buy now, then book each session when it works for you. We do recommend booking in advance for preferred times. We are happy to help plan/schedule your treatments with you after you've purchased, so once you buy you'll know exactly when to schedule what!
Q: What treatments are included?
A: Tox (Botox/Dysport), lasers (Moxi, BBL Hero), microneedling, facials, and more.
We also offer curated “skin plan” packages for complete results.
We will help you plan/schedule all your treatments after you purchase to make sure you get the full advantage/results of your package purchase.
Q: What’s the VIP advantage?
A: Our VIP Members ALWAYS save on treatments but during the Birthday SALE they get EXTRA savings.

A: You can purchase as many packages as you’d like during the sale period. Stock up for the year!

A: Yes—treatments make the best gifts! Just let us know when purchasing so we can set it up for the recipient.
Q: Are sale purchases refundable?
A: All Birthday Mega Sale purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Treatments are not transferrable once they are loaded into the recipient or purchaser account.
Q: How do I make sure I don’t miss it?
A: Follow us on Instagram, join our email list, and become a VIP Member for EXTRA SAVINGS. Once the sale ends, prices return to normal until next year.
Q: If I win a raffle or giveaway, may I gift this to someone else?
A: NO, raffles/giveaways are intended for the winner only and are not transferrable.
