How do Memberships work?

- Decide to prioritize your skin health and self care; then sign up!
- Your card is charged once a month automatically & you can cancel anytime after the required commitment timeframe.
- Schedule out your membership treatments and shop your discounted skincare.
- Schedule additional treatments to your skincare plan at your discounted membership rate.
Can I double my treatments/benefits for one month if I miss one?
No, your monthly treatments/benefits do not roll over. You should use them in the month timeframe allotted.
Can I double my member discounts with other sales/promos/discounted items?
No, your discounts apply to regularly priced products/treatments ONLY - discounts are not combinable.
Can I give my monthly treatment to someone else?
Your membership package is strictly for your use only, we are not able to allow sharing of membership treatments.
What if I want to cancel?
There is a 3-6 month commitment, but you may call after the initial 3 months to cancel at anytime. Your membership will be cancelled after your next billed date. Your membership benefits are terminated on the day of your last billed date.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds with the membership program.
